Courts resist RTI because it would open a can of worms into their own corrupt affairs.
In fact a working rule used by experts is - the Higher the RTI application / further fees the more "corrupt" the Court.
For example, hypothetically,
Supreme Court - Rs. 10
Delhi High Court Rs. 50
Allahabad High Court - Rs. 500
and so on.
These are not about absolute corruption, but relative corruption (on an exponential scale).
That is to say the degree of corruption in the Allahabad High Court is approx. 3.3 times that of Delhi High Court is 2.5 times that in the SC or so the self-proclaimed experts opine.
How many High Courts even have their judges assets declarations on the website ?
The next step is drilling if these are correct or fabricated.

Should the courts be allowed to spend time on settling the large accumulation of cases pending with them or spend thei precious time on answering a flood of quarries they will now receive.

Dear Mr. Chowdhary
Thanks for posting Mr. Karira's document.
Mr. Karira's CIC complaint of 2010 shows the fine and selfless work the present management of the IAC movement like Mr. Karira (IAC's Gen Sec) are still carrying out silently against the High Courts and the Supreme Court.
