RE: [IAC#RG] Update: PUBLIC NOTICE: To IAC's old volunteers now disillusioned with AAP

Dear All,

While Sarbjeet may be correctly claiming his ownership, on the IAC movement, by virtue of historical facts and we must acknowledge this. However, I would suggest him to also accept the ground reality that IAC caught up big momentum, only with Anna & team spearheading the movement, followed with Arvind, Kiran and the General VK etc. Everyone is an important link of this chain formed by the IAC ideology. When the movement succeeds, the time shall give due recognition to all who contributed to it.

Corrupt politicians and administrators are putting their best efforts to break this chain. Let us not allow the corrupt to be successful by using different sets of IAC activists, for the witch-hunting and cross alleging among the different IAC movement teams.

We can reach a point of understanding with the thought that the organizations are built and sustained by its heritage and not by personalities. Tomorrow we shall have someone else taking over Sarbajit, Anna and Arvind with a bigger appeal and reasons. I appeal to all IAC ideology people to join up for the common cause of eradicating the nose deep corruption from India, please.

Warm regards

Dear Mr. Sarabjeet,

Thanks for your reply regarding IAC, for IAC and on behalf of IAC.

There is no doubt at all that you peoples are the genius guys and working for the welfare of common peoples of India and also patriotic citizens!

Would you be agree that --

-- The IAC came in the notice of peoples when 2010 andolan was organized at large scale in Delhi.

-- The supporters and volunteers themselves join the hand with IAC.

-- When IAC get the support of the volunteers and citizens it become much known to Indian peoples as well as to the foreigners.

-- IAC become famous at towns & village level throughout India and abroad too.

-- IAC was a non-political move in starting but when there was no outcome from dharna's then IAC openly went against Congress.

-- What IAC get acknowledgements from people was the same IAC and everybody (including Arvind Kejriwal) was the part of IAC.

-- It was a common decision after there was not outcome of a long fight and dharnas till 2012 (all common) to give it a political name (at the time of declaration Anna and Gen. Singh was with Arvind).

-- The formation of a political party was not a decision of Arvind only but of Anna too (in the instance that he will be a neutral).

-- Now, How IAC could go in the hands of few peoples (although we don't have any objections) and where is that IAC about which I talked point to point above.

Would you please satisfy me that is this the same IAC (if yes) then without Anna... and if (with Anna) then why it goes so slow and uniffective in the absence of Arvind & Party?

The question is not that I should quit (as volunteer) from IAC or not? The question is that what has been the aim of IAC in further course of action.

regards

Girendra Singh, New Delhi

Can some one confirm that this really is the actual IAC group, that was the flag bearer of the IAC Movement till the formation of AAP.

Or is it just a front of some vested intrests, trying to sabotage the IAC Sprit through some legal nuance about use IAC name by some now defunct organisation (in some now irrelevant historical context)

Dear Kishor

As I have emailed you, I shall certainly clarify all these aspects but after the Delhi elections.

While I do not dispute your facts, you (and lakhs of other Indians who like me genuinely want a better clean India) are not aware of the happenings much much BEFORE August 2010 which led up to (and enabled) the anti-CWG anti-corruption campaign

I don't think you (by "you" I mean 99.999% of India) are at all aware of the solid groundwork which was put into fighting the legal cases to enable data and accounts of CWG to be ontained in RTI (over 700 hundred RTIs were filed by us) before August 2010.

I don't think you are aware of the 'dhoka' which was played on us,and on SD Sharma, and on Shivendra Chauhan and so many others by foreign financed traitors like Arvind and Kiran Bedi etc. who ensured that the corrupt elements in Congress and BJP involved in CWG got clean away with the money.

Finally the name India Against Corruption was being used well before 18.10.2010 when Arvind is said to have dreamed it up. Use google and see for yourself.

NB: The core committee had taken a decision very soon after we took over that IAC will not have any Facebook page, as it is impossible to verify the identity of people and poses a security threat to our activists and their lives. FB accounts are also easily manipulated by Facebook as Shivendra Chauhan found out to his horror when Arvind swallowed his page. So, IAC is only on RISEUP and we are not bothered about Facebook. Only national newspapers or PTI etc. get legal notices / rejoinders from us for misrepresenting IAC.

Dear Sarbjit Ji,
I am still waiting for the answer that who were they, who decides that you will be the national convenor .. As littile i know is that on August 10,2010 Shivendra Singh chouhan wrote a blog and appeal people to start a Kali patti compaign against corruption in commonwealth game.. This is the link of that article.. कॉमनवेल्थ में काली पट्टी  and he started a facebook page with the name Commonwealth jhel, which is still there.. and when the games over, he made another facebook page to fight against corruption, which was known as India Against Corruption on date Oct 18, 2010 and also wrote article about that in november here is the link..कोशिश तो करें - खत्म होगा करप्शन

Mr. Kejriwal, Kiran Bedi and other also started working with it..Anna ji, Baba Ramdev Ji, Dr. Subramanian Swamy ji were also shared stage at Ramlila Maidan..

Later there is a rift between Kejriwal ji and other people because of egoistic nature of him... kejriwal ji started a Party and all others felt not to join party because they wanted to be apolitical.. Now i just want to know that what is the status of India Against Corruption and How you are here with this name.. also want to know who is managing Facebook page of India Against Corruption..?? I think its the same people with shivendra singh chouhan ji who were managing the FB page in initial days..

The present IAC was given its name in 1973 when the old body was renamed.

Oct 18.2010 was the notional date of a call given by Sri Sri, Vincent Concessao, Mahmood Madani and others to oppose the Govt's LokPal Bill. All these Congress people only did it for the paid media once the CWG Games were over on 14th Oct. So don't you dare refer to this date with us.

The name you ask for has been openly disclosed by me as far back as Nov 2012.
http://rti4citizens.blogspot.in/2012/11/hum-re-indiaagainstcorruption-iac.html

There is only one IAC (a component part of HRA) and HRA allowed IAC's banner and platform to be used for 2011-12 anti-CWG andolan but which was hijacked by haramis for JanLokPal Bill fraud to fool the public of India.

I don't know about Shivendra Singh Chauhan - never met him or spoke to him - somebody told me yesterday that he has joined BJP along with Mahesh Giri etc. so good luck to them.

Dear Sarbjit Ji,

As you said "I had withdrawn in Aug 2010 after disagreeing  with certain decisions to induct known rogues into the 'andolan'  coupled with a refusal to handover core documents unearthed about CWG  scams to these rascals."

I think India Against Corruption name was given in October 18, 2010. So that time India Against Corruption was no where. ( I am not saying about the Old India Against Corruption which exist even before independence)

At that time this movement was on the facebook with the name "Commonwealth Jhel" and was administrating by Shivendra Singh Chouhan..

and may i know who called you to take over as National Convenor.(acting) till  26.11.2012 when Aam Aadmi Party (name not frozen) would be constituted?

I know that an organization with the same name "India Against Corruption" exist even before independence, but this movement has nothing to do with it. It was started by a facebook page by Shivendra Singh Chouhan. earlier it was named as "Commonwealth Jhel" and later after commonwealth game it was named as "India Against Corruption"

Kindly Enlighten me about ur views on it.

regards.

Dear Mr. Barthwal

You have asked a valid question, which has been replied many times
before but nonetheless shall be replied again, even if it bores,
irritates and confuses everybody else.

I was recalled to IAC by the lawful owners of the IAC title/banner on
17.Oct.2012. Previously I had withdrawn in Aug 2010 after disagreeing
with certain decisions to induct known rogues into the 'andolan'
coupled with a refusal to handover core documents unearthed about CWG
scams to these rascals.

On 26th Oct 2012 at 2:18 AM I was informed that I would be immediately
taking over as National Convenor.(acting) till  26.11.2012 when Aam
Aadmi Party (name not frozen) would be constituted.

The persons who recalled me are great patriots with ancient secular
revolutionary spirit being armed with the sword of righteousness and
the determination to always keep foreigners out of the motherland and
to maintain British India as "Hindustan.
