Re: [IAC#RG] Did Modi receive over Rs 55 crore from the Sahara Group asthe chief minister of Gujarat?

Dear Shri Sarabjit,
I regret that am not a doctor.
You are right. I rechecked, and I found that Subroto Roy was released from jail in May 2016 on payroll. But he was inside for more than 2 years, and could go back any time. Doesn't seem to get much value for the 55 lacks that he allegedly gave to Modi!

As far as Kejriwal is concerned, yes any one can all him a rogue. In fact anyone can call anyone a rogue (except perhaps the judiciary) in India , as India is not a Fascist state, and freedom of speech is prevails.
The primary objective of demonetization was to hit tax evaders who accumulate black money, and terrorists using black money and counterfeit notes. This seems to be working, though these are early days.

Dear Dr Gangoli

You may wish to revisit your conclusions, since

1) Mr.Subrato Roy Sahara has been out of Tihar jail for quite some time now

2) Mr. Arvind Kejriwal was also elected by an overwhelming majority and that would not prevent anyone from describing him as a rogue of the highest degree either. The fact is that IAC does not believe that the present systems of election in India are representative or truly democratic (please read IAC's mission statements on our website)

Or are we to believe that these are all honest men ?

I entirely agree with Shri Abhishek Singh , and support the demonetization move by our Prime Minister whole heartedly and unconditionally. The intention behind the move was to give a hard blow to those who had been accumulating black money by avoiding tax payments, and also to those supporting terrorism using counterfeit notes; who now suddenly find themselves short of cash. Incidentally, there does not seem to be much stone throwing in Srinagar after 8th November. It is unfortunate that some individuals are trying to tarnish our PMs reputation by making unsubstantiated allegations of corruption against him. Please consider this- would Subroto Roy still be in Tihar if he had paid 55 Crores to Shri Narendra Modi (as alleged)?

There is an  e mail input suggesting that corrupted journalists or individuals have infiltrated IAC, and this may have been unwarranted. They may not be corrupt, but only expressing their opinion (in my view misguided). Similarly,  Dr Kameshwar Elangbam was only expressing his opinion . Just as another individual was expressing his opinion when calling our Prime Minister, elected by an overwhelming majority, " a rogue of the highest order". It says much for our freedom of speech that we can make such statements with impunity. This is not a sign of a FASCIST regime.  Or is it ?
I request all to be moderate in their language.
