All Public Authority have made provision for resources to computerise, many public authority are using sap and many of them are conected Intranet. So resources are already provided, it is non willingness of PA so there needs to be pressurisation on PA. Citizens need not to wait for PA to reform and go by wordings of act in to to.

not commence. Therefore it is unjust asking the information in CD
till it is already held in CD in normal cource.The key word in this
contest is "HELD". Only if the information sought is held by the PA in
electronic form one can seek it in CD
