[rti_india] Re: Info panel delivers first split verdict

 

If I recall correctly, its a breach of privilege matter of Kerala Legislature originating during ANT's tenure in DoPT. Since the decision was taken in an official capacity his legal fees are
being paid by the State through his present employer.

Perhaps the "rtikerala" yahoogroup which Hariraj runs will know
more about this.
