Hello,

This is Vijay Patel, son of Mr. Pravinkumar Balubhai Patel. Am sending this
email to you as i am aware he was an active member of RTI group and email
updates to give the sad news that my Dad expired on 10th June 2010 at
12:30am.

Cause of the death was sudden Severe Heart attack. This was a sudden
incident with no prior warnings as he wasnt patient of Heart problems, or
pressure, or diabetes or any health illness what so ever.

Kindly forward the news in the RTI group and pray for his soul. May he Rest
in Peace.
