Re: [IAC#RG] Future direction of the India Against Corruption movement

Dear Sarbajit and others

1) We all now in agreement that we are in bad system of governance,
For correcting this system what is very essential is creating
awareness among the influential people about the problems in the
system

2) As rightly said politics not an essential form of method to correct
the system, It can be through some other method also,, Even the
countries ruled by dictators are having very apt system in place.

3) There are Few fundamental things which is not properly given weight
in our system- That is various productive sectors are totally
neglected and non productive sectors are enjoying most of the
benefits. Once of such non productive sector is politics. Few very
efficient people with top class quality can handle the governance of
our country .Maximum number of present leadership is a wastage and
doing the work of mere parasites to the economy. A proper system can
dispense with a crowded political sector.. If law and rule is properly
made where is the requirement make periodical amendments?. why new
rules and regulations are being passed and re enacted time and again?
whether it is requirement to pass laws and regulations on each and
every occasions? Even this was not in the mind of our constitution
founders.. they made a stipulation that every six months parliament
and assembly should sit , and at the starting session of an year
President or Governor should address the session.. This itself means
that they might have thought that once all law is made then the
representative may forget to review the working of such rules and laws
To avoid such eventuality a sitting twice a year prescribed.that does
not meant that every time they should pass the laws and amendments. It
is better that we should reduce laws and regulations by limiting the
government interference.. What is the limit of such law is described
in the Part III of our constitution ( Original Before first amendment
) While giving primary importance to part III the part IV was rightly
put in the field of non enforceable.. So it is clear that par III
should not have touched by legislator ( it was diluted for the purpose
of vote Bank) Now our entire political set up is created an impression
that they are essential part of our system of governance. Our
constitution does not recognize the party system at all.. (But it was
came through back door R.P Act various provisions of R.P Act is
unconstitutional and hit the provisions of Article 14 such as the
system of allotting symbol special treatment to recognized parties etc
).

4) Now common man thinks that politicians has power to allot roads,
sanction roads, bridges, new rail tracks, new govt. schools ,
colleges, courts,, recommend for employments recommend for various
schemes and such other hundreds of government activities.. it can be
totally dispensed with if we have a proper system in place. ( Till our
public aware about this they will still believe that politics is an
essential part of governance System

5) Confusing present law has given immense benefit to lawyers. Some
senior lawyers charges any thing more than five lacs per appearance
even such appearance is only for an adjournment,, people are spending
huge amount for this non productive sector Why? various laws are
enacted to confuse the public. definition with double meaning
improper illustration, laws made without a proper understanding and
study all are creating problems. Apart from this Judges Lawyers nexus
also adds burden upon the litigants and this end up in paying huge as
per the demand of a particular lawyers.

6) We are in country where people are in the real productive activity(
Agriculturist) committing suicide and the people who are not done any
things productive enjoy the life like a king .. Govt always fix the
price of agricultural commodities lower than the actual cost of
production, with an intention to reduce price rice in the market ,
result farmers never gets their wages.. and remain as the slave of the
country.. IF ONE BOTTLE MINERAL WATER IS COSTLIER THAN ONE K.G RICE
THINK HOW THIS COUNTRY IS EXPLOITING OUR FARMERS, IN THE NAME OF FOOD
SECURITY ETC
.A bigger did not commit suicide but farmer always ,,
still nobody understands the problem,,
we are in very patheticall system of governance
