. this system also helpful to any kind of wrong doers. I am stating this from my fifteen years experience as an apex court lawyer

This is how our courts deliver justice! Have you heard of shooting the messenger? As per the initial reports I had read the MLA had filed the petition based on a newspaper report. And if so, why should he not have filed the case, Rahul being a PM in waiting? I, for one, am convinced that the MLA was right and the court wrong in this case. Of course, I am also one of those who believe that more crimes have been committed by our courts in the name of justice than all the criminals convicted by them put together! And if you want it on authority this is what the National Commission to Review the working of the Constitution has said in its report: 'Judicial system has not been able to meet even the modest expectations of the society. Its delays and costs are frustrating, its processes slow and uncertain. People are pushed to seek recourse to extra-legal methods for relief. Trial system both on the civil and criminal side has utterly broken down.' Also, 'Thus we have arrived at a situation in the judicial administration where courts are deemed to exist for judges and lawyers and not for the public seeking justice'. And for the information of the less informed this commission was headed by former CJI Venkatachaliah and 6 of its 11 members were from the judiciary!

It is the under-informed people who give the ANTI-CONGRESS movement a bad name.
Most AK / Namo bhagats uniformly have the IQ of Rahul Gandhi. God has
also given keyboards to every monkey these days in the hope that his
name will be spelt correctly (eventually).

Now if you want to say that the Supreme Court is corrupt, then we can
most definitely discuss that on this list with specific examples.
@RahulBagaria, the issue was never about Namo's marital status but
about how he treats women in general and his wife in particular.
