Re: [IAC#RG] FW: UPA exposed to average Indians - Chitra Subramanian Duella

Mr. Pannu / Sir

Lets see exactly what Mr. kumar_8134 actually wrote.

"Regarding Kedarnath floods:

It as reported that the Helicopters lent by Robert Vadra's Co. charged Rs.2 lakh per person brought out of the Valley and dropped on an accessible road/ location, WHILE TO BRING A DEAD BODY/CORPSE, VADRA HAD CHARGED RS. 1LAKH PER DEAD BODY.

"lent" by Robert Vadra's Co. Surely this means at least one of  Robert Vadra's Co.s owns / possesses helicopters to loan / lease / lend ? Which co. of Mr Vadra's is this. (PS: Mr. Vadra is apparently a subscriber to this list - since we are "apolitical" and admit all socialist & secular people and also communists and capitalists, but not professed child molestors).

"It is reported" - which reliable (incl. paid media) sources have reported this ?

WOULD SOME ONE ASK UNDER RTI, THE UTTARAKHAND GOVT. WHETHER THESE ARE TRUE, AND ASK FOR DETAILS OF AMOUNTS PAID FOR PRIVATE HELICOPTERS USED FOR EVACUATION?

Mr. 8134 is a US citizen. Laws of India, like RTI, do not apply to private bodies ? OR, is it Mr. 8134's claim (as reported) that Uttarakhand Govt chartered the helicopters from Mr. Vadra's co. to dump bodies (warm / cold) on the nearest  road?

AND WHY THE OFFER OF NARENDRA MODY TO SEND HELICOPTERS FREE OF CHARGE FOR EVACUATION OF THE STRANDED WAS REFUSED?

Was any such offer conveyed officially, if so the copy may be uploaded. What is the difference between "free of charge" and "lend". As I asked, how many choppers does Modi personally own to send for use FoC ?

Two points were made by Mr Kumar - one about heli-lift of affected persons from Kedarnath & the other about Chitra Subramanian's interview.

Mr Sarbajit Roy, Convener of India Against Corruption (IAC), has smartly disposed off both by misleading the readers. He admits that heli-charter rates are Rs 2 lakhs per hour (missing point - how many persons?). Further Mr Kumar's point was about charges per person to the nearest road (this could be 5/10/15 mts ---).  Any relation between the two comparisons???  After justifying the action, he strangely points out that "hay can be made by son(in-law) when the son shines". The obvious reference is to son(in-law), Vadra towards making money while the son (Rahul) is in control. Wonder if the two statements match. Further, by his reference to Modi, he has tried to divert the attention from the (the main issue) truth being sought by Mr Vijoy Ambasta, too.

Secondly, Chitra Subramanian's interview was exclusively pertaining to Bofors & Mr "Q" (Quattrocchi). I did not find any reference to/mention of Modi therein but here, too, Modi has been dragged in. It does give an impression that Mr Sarbajit, who claims to be apolitical, is also hung up on Modi just like Congress. Because of this, he doesnt mind running away from the crux of the matter.

The readers may do well to appreciate that both the above cases pertained to corruption but IAC has managed to sidetrack them. Is this what IAC stands for?

Blue Breeze Trading is a dummy company to speculate in land. It operates out of the Sukhdev Vihar residence of one of Mr. K.Nath's associates (Mr. Walia). It owns no aircraft directly that I know of.

In any case the charges of Rs. 1 or 2 lakh to fly out affected persons from disaster zones is quite reasonable and air charter / air rescue / air ambulance operators make hay when the son (in-law) shines. For instance the actual cost of flying Mr. V.C,Shukla to Gurgaon from Chattisgarh was 17 lakhs. Air Deccan's average charges are Rs. 2 lakhs per hour for heli-charters.

Insofar as Mr. Modi's offer of free helicopter transport is concerned - how many helicopters does he personally own to make such an offer, or was he planning to use the same Reliance, Jindal, Tata, Birla, Mittal, etc private fleets which flies all these netas around like some private taxi service ?

How much did it cost Mr Modi to keep those 15 Boeings on standby ?

A final clarification : This story has nothing to do with Chitra Subramaniam, and it is the same ghatiya tactic of misusing emails with a good subject line to propagate Narendra Modi. I hope that somebody has the guts to revive www.narendramodiplans.com and prove that democracy is still alive in India
