I suggest we accept  OROP  on MoDs suggested method purely as an Interim measure & let the Tribunal deliberate & come to a conclusion . The balance of payment will have to be paid with interest !!!   In this way MoD cannot have any excuse to delay OROP. If this suggestion is accepted by members  please put  it  up to appropiate forum / authorities .

Cannot we ask for interim relief to be payed while the tribunal deliberates?.
