Friends ,
I enclose two imp Documents one is the Circular from DoPT based on certain Land mark cases and a Nation wide Public Hearing .
The Another is the Karnataka Info Comm FAA orders and our line of Argument .
I hope with these the matter of shifting the postal Charges are any other charge to Citizens opting to access information does not have any locus .
Further this history indicates and provides enough Averments and Arguments counter any move .
My request should we keep these in Cold storage and use as an Trump card or Start hitting back at this stage .
If so can we have first have an Press conference and then Protests
However in the Mean time these can be used at individual , Dept , Dist Levels to Counter moves by any PIO . We can then of Number of Cases on Behalf and Also Argue that this is just Another Attempt stall RTI .
Your ATRs or Feedback is highly Solicited .
IF WE KEEP SILENT NOW WE WILL FAIL
