[IAC#RG] Another important instructions for IAC subscribers

Since a senior IESM has raised doubt about RBI's notification communicated to us by RBI,

IAC advises our senior members who are unable to exchange their money at Bank for any reason to do the following IMMEDIATELY and without fail.

A) send an email to "publicquery@rbi.org.in" informing / complaining that you are unable to enter your Bank premises to exchange your notes due to long lines of non-account holders preventing you from.doing the needful.

B) Send a similar email complaint to the Bank concerned using their online form.

Carefully preserve their replies / grievance registration number

Clause 2(ix) says
"(ix)  any person who is unable to exchange or deposit the specified bank notes in their bank accounts on or before the 30th December, 2016, shall be given an opportunity to do so at specified offices of the Reserve Bank or such other facility until a later date as may "

Ergo: You will be given ONE such chance later on if you can provide evidence of non-deposit.

As a matter of abundant precaution do the same for other family members also.
