Dear members

The support of the members clearly being with this group's management
for active regulation, I (on behalf of the H-J management) would like to
enunciate this group's vision for 2011. Please read and understand this
very well.

1) Membership of the group to be participative, but "mobocracy" shall not
be tolerated. This group is not structured to be a democracy, the voice of
even 1 member with something heavy to say weighs as much as 100 who
disagree in a lightweight manner. This group does not want light-weights
who flit from one group to another.

2) The aim of the group towards the membership is as follows:

a) In the beginning you will merely listen to us as one of the many sources
of information you get.

b) Then you will deny what we say as being too uncomfortable and
incompatible with what your other (comfortable) sources are telling you.

c) There may come a stage when you decide that things are wrong with
the system and something has to be done - soon.

d) When you accept that the thrust of this group and its membership
is geared towards achieving deep social change, and you are prepared
to participate in a new and empowering way within the framework of
India's secular Constitution.

3) 10,000 stable members within 2011.
