Dear All,
Use of unparliamentary language is uncalled for and i concur with the views of Shri M K Gupta. I am sure the participants in the deabtes on RTI shall remain civilised.

Let this Group should appear an educated and enlightened one and no mermber or moderator should use abusive
and unparliamentary language for any body. I find members using objectionable language for information commissioners
or Chief Information Commissioners (past and present ones) in the Centre and in the States. We want 'VOICE' for the
voiceless millions of this nation through honest implementation of RTI Act, 2005.
