Dear Mr Gupta

Someone who doesn't know that opportunity of hearing is mandatory for
appellants before the CIC can hardly be said to have a deep knowledge
of RTI Act. Suggesting that right of hearing can be dispensed with can
hardly be said to be a good amendment.

The truth is that Major Ravi has defected to the side of the RTI
haramis
(I have given you some proof) and hence people like him and Shailesh
who want to throttle the right of citizens to express themselves in a
statutory process can only be classified as "traitors".

You may please also read the entire thread below to determine the
origination of words like "prostitute" on this group and who used the
term..
