I am a retired Army officer and  been in the civies since 1998, I was shocked to see the corruption level. The movememnt was needed to force the govt  and its staff to  know that enough is enough. People are fed up in getting there work sanctioned from Govt also in getting their legitimate dues. The ONE RANK ONE PENSION is a case in point. Why have diff rules for diff cat of govt employees. We are not short of money we lack political will. I also was witness to lethargy in Govt offices about approval of vital requirement for the Army need. even the files are not returned with observation let alone approval. They sit on in the pretext that min 3 months before an expedite could be asked. The beuracrat at the intermediate and top level wants to show their sumpremacy by delaying and not approving. They are not accountable/punishable. How many of the beuracrats have been held resposible and punished fine/property confisficated or jailed.

This call is to tell the the Govt that we want our dues from you for paying the salary from our tax, You have sought for the job and you are been paid. The points  fought for are irrelevent. you kept an imp bill hanging for 40 yrs, this is not accepted. WAKE UP.

Dear Mr Harjap
I am a retired beuracrat as well.Whatever I have written is based on my experience and knowledge.Mr Anna Hazare,I respect him, But what is his experience and knowledge to ask for a populst LOKpal bill.Mahatma Gandi Knew what he ws saying and its impact.I saw hooligans  fully drunk beating up police in support of Anna.Gandhi would have withdrawn his fst if any of his folowers misbehaved like that. What I am saying is that Respect the constitution.Provide cheks and balances in the Lokpal Bill. The whole bill will be used to correct low lvel corruption of Court Clerks and post men helping in the process high level corruption.High level corruption has an economic impact makin living impossible necessitating low level corruption of Post men and Clerks whose demsnd does not pinch but only delay the process.Anna,s Lokpal Bill will crash the administration to a Halt.
