Re: [IAC#RG] Request to authenticate the appointment of the national Advisory Council

Dear Sarbajit Roy ji,

That is an admirable emailed message.
One wonders how soon, if ever, you will get a pragmatic and a worthy response that clarifies WHY, the said NAC cannot be listed on the PMO's list of Council/s.

One will look forward to actual reason as to why it is not listed.

Dear Madam

It has been noticed by the citizens that whereas the banner website of the National Advisory Council declares itself as "National Advisory Council - Government of India - Prime Minister's Office"; the Prime Minister's Office does not correspondingly list the NAC in its lists of councils / Committees (a declaration mandated in terms of s/s 4(1)(b) (viii) of the RTI Act 2005)

I would therefore be obliged if you, as Secretary NAC,  could kindly clarify this issue to me immediately in terms of the ancient principle of "quo warranto".

The grounds of urgency are:

A) FOR THAT the sudden resignation of Ms Aruna Roy (former member NAC) soon after the massacre of numerous eminent persons on 25.May.2013 in Chattisgarh by Left Wing Extremists is not explained.

B) FOR THAT no authentic gazette Notification notification dt. 27.05.2013 in continuation of No. A.22019/1/2010-PME purportedly issued by the Prime Minister's Office is published by NAC on its website.

NB: For the record, I am listing out below the entire list of PM's councils and committees on PMO website today.
with best wishes

Er. Sarbajit Roy
