These are hardly matters to agitate through andolan. As Sarbjit had
mentioned earlier these kind of regulatory interventions are simply
citizen watchdog initiatives to keep the regulatory bodies alert that
public is wise to them.

If all citizens on IAC mailing list are as alert and knowledgeable as
Sarbjit and his friends, corruption can definitely be reduced in
India.
