1. If Info Commissioners in the CIC demit office at the age of 65 ,
then what are "outsourced staff" and "consultants"
doing there at the age of 70 ?
2. Every new IC who comes to the CIC gets his
"chosen" staff to the CIC and gets them recruited as
"outsourced staff" or "contract workers" or "consultants".
