This should be sent to the Registrar of the Apex court as public opinion on Courts.

The courts are the MOST CORRUPT institutions in India and are hardly
RTI friendly - IMHO courts should be avoided as their sting is always
in the tail of their judgements. Ultimately it is for the RTI users to
make the best of a good law with a poor regime.
Its very good that all those people in CIC have been repatriated.
Perhaps it has something to do with the emails I am sending everywhere
about the scams in CIC HQ (sub-standard) construction.
