Once you get information under RTI, it is upto you how you use it. In my opinion there is no restriction on use of information/papers obtained through RTI.

Was keen to know what are the rules that govern republishing / distribution of
information acquired under RTI
Specifically can such material be redistributed (in any form) and can it be
incorporated into news letters (print and internet)
