Please treat the message as cancelled as on dialing the given number many times with bare number or by prefixing '0', the message was that the number is not a valid number.

I wonder when the number is invalid, how I got the SMS from invalid (non-existent mobile) number.  Member should first independently satisfy himself before acting on the SMS received.

 

Regret to rush on the mattter without exercising due deligence.
