However I tried to contact Mr. Kuldip Singh Khera , Mobile 09855544439 who the person who sought the information and one Another Mr. H.C. Arora, Advocate, Mobile No. 09814013764. Mr. Arora is also President of RTI Users Association, Chandigarh. But unfortunately none of them showed any interest in procuring the copy of the Judgement.
