If the Judgement can be accessed , Please Send me also one such copy as In Karnataka We Have Case before the KIC where the Advocate For BDA is arguing that It is the PA who has to bear the charges For Vinidication .We Also Require such Order Badly as the case was Heard Last on 21st (yesterday) and Posted For hearing on 12/04/2011

On 2nd. November 2010 Justice Ajay Lamba on CWP No. 2514 of 2008, PIO, Department of Health & Family Welfare Vs. Punjab State Information Commission has delivered a very important Judgement on Section 20 of RTI Act stating that the penalty on PIO is personal and if approaches High Court he has to come before it in personal Capacty.
WILL ANY MEMBER HELP ME TO GET A COPY OF THIS JUDGEMENT SINCE THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE OF PUNJAB & HARYANA HIGH COURT>
