I have filed several application in Judiciary also , They are not giving any imoprtance to rti act , I sought information under section 4 of the act , without providing any information civil court collected Rs.50/- and i have filed before the State commission , The state commission directed to refund the amount collected by me and directed to provided the information under section 4 of the act , they sought time to complete the work ,  more than 365 days finished after filing the application , the court officials fails to provide the information , THis is the fate of rti act in courts

Henceforth plz file RTI to this and what you have to ask you know it better.

I feel RTI must be used to tame the untamed like judiciary, legislature also . I found these two sectors are blalatant violators of the act as they feel that they are above the law.
