Re: [HumJanenge] Corrupt Rich India versus Poor Real India

Dear Dr Sharma

With all due respect, I beg to differ

1) The SC and the SC Registry has changed some of their procedures so that petitions filed by Petitioners in Person ("PiPs") are accorded very low priority when it comes to listing.

2)  PIPs are now not allowed inside the security area to file petitions, conduct inspections, lodge amendments / make corrections  etc.

3) On dates when Pips have cases they are now harassed for making gate passes, they are personally escorted upto and into the court by a Delhi Police constable who stands with you at all times. The judges are running very scared nowadays.

4) The SC has started filing PIPs very heavily if the petitions are frivolous or publicity oriented.

5) The vast majority of our members wont even be able to get their petitions registered nowadays at SC.

I therefore recommend our members use the Middle Class Legal Aid scheme which I had disclosed earlier.. If not, AS A SPECIAL FAVOUR TO OUR MEMBERS, I can suggest some court professionals (non-advocates) who will take care of all the drafting and filing and listing aspects for a fairly reasonable fee for those who still want to go the Pip route at the SC.
NB: people who solicit business for advocates are deemed to be "touts" (per the SC rules), so we should not solicit business for advocates, but for non-advocates it is another matter / grey area.

Dear All
To fight your case it is better file a petition and appear
in person, before SC.
I have done in many cases.
