Dear Sarab, Thanks for your latest mail. After initially thining of leaving the group, I have now decided to confine myself to the matters related to RTI directly and also appeal that this esteemed forum should not be used for villifaction of any activist.   However, constructive criticism with unquestionable facts without using unparliamentary and slanderious language, may be allowed. This should be without any personal bias. I agree with your observation made in the second para of your mail.
