After successful enunciation of RTE and RTI, it is time for India to have Right To Broadband (RTB) and Right To E Governance (RTEG). None of these rights stifles democracy. On the other hands, timely and accurate availability of info under the RTI strengthens democracy. Even media will be helped and report the truth.
Only less than a week, Vijayvir and Manjeet could be nabbed only because of CCTV footage. When all conventional methods failed to nab the culprits including Police blaming the Toll Company of tampering with CCTV footage, an infinitesimal part of e gov came to the rescue. When the Police could not produce the culprits, they finally saw the CCTV footage in details, got the cues and went and nabbed Manjeet. CCTV is only a very very small part of total e gov. Here, CCTV, just one step closer to e gov helped Police nab the culprits and restore their own credibility. Total e gov can do wonders for our country beyond the imagination of all of us.
We will find that most of the present difficulties in meeting the requirements of timely and accurate delivery of the info sought under RTI will get solved through RTB and RTEG. In the era of RTB and RTEG, manual processing will be eliminated and implementation of RTI delivery gets boosted.
The implementation of RTE will get boosted with RTB. Those students falling out side the Gross Enrollment Ratio of less than 13 % who take up field jobs, BPO etc after their school just to supplement the family income can take to education over true broadband from homes from 8 pm to 11 pm and complete their college degrees. Thus, here is a proven example as to how RTB can enhance our GER phenomenally and come at par with the GER of the developed world very very quickly.
The examples are endless with virtual health care for diagnosis, consultation and prescription, e agri-care to help farmers to save the crops from failing etc all get boosted with RTB and RTEG.
Our selfless activists who did a pioneer job of getting RTE and RTI may like to consider getting RTB and RTEG also.

Lauh Purush or Liar Goonda, MS Million Times Better Than Vajpayee
Democracy never works when Qualified Professionals like you are madly in love with a Congenital Liar and Murderer who as national leader could be much more dangerous than Adolf Hitler. I follow RSS BJP since 1965.
I have found from your Company Profile (Deleted Here) that you provide Telecom consultancy – if a person like you endorse Rs.1,76,000 crores 2G loss that is outdated technology, developed countries had adopted 100mbps Optic Fiber home connections as standard, 1000 times faster than 2G then there is greater danger to our Democracy.
Will your company pay $2b for six to tenth 2G licenses?
Can you show us one company that had paid even $100m for a 2G license in September2010?
Why shall some company pay $2b or more for 2G license when it can provide other competing technologies without license or cheap license?
Democracy is for Mature People.
I know Modi since 2003 – At an International Meet, to Multinationals and Ambassadors Modi said. 'We Gujaratis are Banias, Business & Trade Is In Our Blood For Thousands of Years, With Your Technologies and Our Business Skills Together We Can Conquer The World' no one was impressed except some Bania companies.
Gujarat is a goonda state where RTI activists and even BJP Home Minister of State was murdered by Modi goons, another Home Minister of State is facing fake encounter Murder cases, Modi himself is responsible for Engineering riots and Corruption of Enriching Corporate from state treasury.
Professional like you are expected to Judge a person in 10 minutes, unfortunately you don't seem to learn, I have provided Gujarat Official documents – for example Gujarat contributed around 7% to India GDP in 1993, it is same 7% in 2011. But he will tell you Gujarat contributes 10% to our GDP.
I had even POINTED at the Causes of Gujarat failure under Modi – failure to operationalise Oil & Gas, Narmada Water, Education, R&D, IT and average Power sectors.
- Gujarat owned GSPC and RIL had acquired over 30 Offshore Blocks by 2001 but in 10 years GSPC is yet produce an ounce of Gas, RIL has developed just 100 sq.mt of 270,000 sq.km.
- In 15 years BJP rule Gujarat could bring just 6% new command area under Narmada command.
- Education has come under RSS control. Trainee women teachers are raped in colleges. As per latest UPSC report Gujarat contributed just 10 civil servants out of 800, Chandigarh contributed more.
- None of the major R&D and IT Multinational has located in Gujarat.
- TN and AP had overtaken Gujarat are producing consuming more power than Gujarat. New Power Projects developments in Gujarat are in high cost Private Sector and many Gujarat private power companies have Power Purchase agreements with other states including Delhi and Punjab but Modi claims installed capacity for Gujarat.
- Four things that contributed to Gujarat GDP are 1. Refineries, 2. Gems & Jewelry, 3. Bt Cotton and 4. Increased Wages. Modi didn't make any positive contribution in all these except for providing Cheap Land to RIL. Tax benefits were provided by Center.
Bihar
- In Bihar No Industry, Power, Irrigation, Dam, Flood Control has come up though over Rs.1,50,000 crores are pumped in to Bihar by Center. Half of roads in Bihar in terms of financial outlay are funded by Center under NHAI or PM Sadak Yojna.
- GDP figures growth is contribute mainly due substantial increase in Daily Wages since introduction of MNREGA. 20% of labor in India is contributed by Bihar – their wages went up by 3-4 times in since UPA came to power.
- Nitish didn't approve Mega Railway Projects approved by Lalu Prasad.
Manmohan vs Vajpayee
- I have already provided details of how Bank Credit growth under Manmohan Singh for six years is TEN times more than Vajpayee.
- Manmohan Singh is million times better than Vajpayee to 1200 million Indians. Banias and Bihar all prospered under Manmohan Singh – Agenda of Vajpayee was to enrich few Bania Corporate and hand over all Indian resources to them.
I would welcome any RESEARCHED response from you.

Democracy – Why Can't We Have Obama, Modi & Modi Everywhere
Yes, I agree. We need a very strong and a powerful PM who can deliver the governance. I am neither a BJP person nor Congress person, I support only top and accountable governance just like what Modi has done for Gujarat. We all know that Gujarat and Bihar are on a shining path now only due to the upright and strong CMs. Thus, irrespective of the party in power, India needs a Lauh Purush as PM for next 10 years. We do not need a leader who misleads the people. Do that for India what Modi and Nitish have done for their states.
As we have got RTI, get National e Governance and see the progress. Instead of National e Governance, we want to get a Communal Violence Bill, what a shame. No country in the world has such useless bills which keep the minorities reminding every day and for ever that they are a second citizen instead of taking them along the national main stream of development. Who ever has dared to play the minority card for votes DESERVES to be in jail. Playing a minority card should be a cognizable offence and any reference should automatically invite prosecution and punishment.
The whole developed world is enjoying the fruits of implementation of painstaking e governance as they are 95% free from graft. In India, one minister says that there is no loss in 2G. An official says in his deposition to CBI that instead of loss, the govt has gained 3182 Cr. Even a blind person knows that in order to exploit the useless manual system and deliberately keep it going, the people in power have made huge bribes, the country has lost 171,000 Cr. Is it not clear that the nation has been looted to the extent of sum of bribes plus 171,000 Cr in order to keep the same manual archaic system going.
Let's pledge that we will only support that party who commits to overall National E Governance implementation by 2020. Get all public procurement, projects and operations contracts award under e governance. The PM has raised the outlay for 12th plan to a trillion $ from $ 500bn. Only methods like 3G auction can handle a trillion$. Next decade is crucial. My request to all esteemed and highly valued RTI activists and fighters is to demand total national e governance by 2020.

Mahesh Khera

Democracy – Why Can't We Have Obama, Modi & Modi Everywhere
Though we really require the democratic party, but democratic party will function as per the group decisions, not by goondas or anyone else Also in democracy other person should provide us the chance for having the word, unlike you, always having a pro-congress views.
You never comment back for the answer. when we ask for the reply for any of your mail. In democracy, when you are requested for something in majority then you are required for following the same as early as possible with minimum grudge. But inspite of the repeatedly requesting for the same, you are not mentioning any of the congress shortcomings, for heaven sake, we are under the congress rule for past 100 years but still there is very less growth in the Country. please ask for the reply from your congress boss for the explaination.

Democracy – Why Can't We Have Obama, Modi & Modi Everywhere
Col. I, Jayakaran,
I observed 2009 US Presidential Elections wanted to find out why couldn't India prop up an Obama and why do we see Modi & Modi everywhere analyzed Constitution & Conduct of Indian Political Parties and came up with Democratic Party of India constitution inspired and improved to work for India.
Our Political Parties function like India Private Companies that do not value merit; do not accept views of juniors in cadre and families who own more shares run the company or appoint person of their choice to work. It is difficult for outsiders to join any party and given due place based on merit.
There is no inner & outer democracy in India like we see in US Elections – Obama battled through inner party democratic process in every state and won inner party polls before finally nominated to represent Democratic Party – people knew his policies and programs in detail.
We see Modi, Modi, Modi everywhere in Gujarat because there is no inner party democracy in ruling party and no body is allowed to speak against Modi just like Nazi Germany.
Just like monsoon come suddenly there are rains, frogs comes out of soil, make noises and mate then disappear in about 100 days, Elections process in India is similar Elections are announced suddenly, Candidates crop up from nowhere who make wild noises and false promises and votes are cast and everything is wound up in 100 days then Candidates disappear for five years. One in ten Candidates is a winner and becomes inaccessible to majority of the people, he is not required to be intelligent to make decisions that are taken by Central Leadership and is free to make money by legal or illegal means or indulge in criminal activities including bootlegging, extortions, rape, murder and prostitution etc.
Design of Democratic Party
We need Democratic Party that is accessible to every citizen of India 24x365 basis – anyone may join or leave the party, make useful contribution from inside or outside the party and office bearers are elected on merits alone.
We have to provide an alternative.
