This is an excellent idea. This is real negative voting. It clearly demonstrates 'Disapproval' of a candidate. OTOH 49-0 voting is a 'Neutral' voting. It is counted as 'Zero'. It will not make any impact.
On the lighter note, der should be a system whereby for each 'Against' vote, the candidate should automatically get a electric shock. For all his misdeeds Janta will make him pay in dis life only.
