[rti_india] CIC: The headless chicken now becomes boneless !

 

Ms T Y Das, Secretary of the CIC, has been "prematurely" repatriated by an order of DoPT.
So, now, No Chief, No Secretary.

Headless chicken has also become boneless !

What next ?

Maybe birdflu striking the chicken ?
