Hats off to Mr.Morya,for getting away without "payment" of Bill,no disconnection.
RTI is one option.
Next visit to Delhi,meeting the Linesman/AEN is quicker route to trace solution.
Doctors are no great guns of IAC. Am a doctor in 9th decade of life.
