I fully agree. To give an all clear to cut down the beneficial coconut tree to give a free hand to builders to build where ever, when ever, is totally against the environment and MUST BE STOPPED. All India must learn to control builders to avoid situations like happened in Chennai in the devastating floods due to uncontrolled building in an urban area. This should not happen to OUR pristine Goa - Hirak Nag.--------------------------------------------
