Dear All,As per RTI Act, there is no provision for a review of an IC's Decision nor is there a provision for a Full Bench Appeal. Please guide me as to the sure-shot grounds on which one can put up a Full Bench Appeal in case Second Appeal before a Single IC's Bench has been dismissed. In my opinion I have very strong grounds as there was another Single Bench decision (by CIC Wajahat Habibullah) on an exactly similar second appeal by another appellant, earlier.Thanks/BrgdsAK Anand
