RE: [rti_india] Re: DoPT OM on the kinds of fee chargeable under Section 7(3) of the RTI Act in

Dear Sarbajit,
I think self-moderation includes abstinence from using words of abuse such as the one you have repeatedly used in this email chain and others as well. I am part of NCPRI and I do not think anybody there deserves to be called by that name. Nobody deserves to be addressed in that manner. You would do us all so much more good by sticking to polite expression of your views.
Thanks
Venkat

Dear Bhaskar

1) You are absolutely correct that I am nobody to ask why you
file so many RTIs.

2) You are however incorrect when you impute that I have called YOU a 'harami'.

3) You are also incorrect by imputing that I have a personal grudge against Shailesh Gandhi. Mr Gandhi is now a public servant. It is not an offence to honestly criticise his performance as a public servant or the decisions / reasonings he delivers- it is one of the 10 allowable exemptions So if I say that Shailesh Gandhi is a retard because he does not know the difference between "benches" and "offices" I have every right to say so and so do you.

4) In so far as NCPRI is concerned, the position is very well stated.
This group, of which I am (one of) the Moderator(s), is for CITIZENS. It is not for 'harami's who claim to be representing citizens ("NGOs"). Every citizen member here (incl. you) is allowed to freely post essentially without moderation / censorship and the results are publicly viewable across the globe in Real Time. I doubt if you can name me any comparable RTI group which allows the same facility. As Moderator I have set up a fully automated rule based Yahoo filter which weeds out posts which would disturb our group members. The criteria is known to everyone here. For example Mr M.K.Singhal of
Ghaziabad's posts are not weeded out once he has self moderated
his posting to our group

5) My message to everyone these days is to "self moderate" their
RTIing. Give other people a chance. RTIing becomes an addiction for some people usually the frustrated people. No RTI addict will admit
that he is high on this drug. There are also so many RTI pushers
to keep users hooked on RTI to feed off them (vampires).

6) Finally, on NCPRI, does NCPRI have even 1 internet forum where non-members can openly interact with them ? Like any cults they
know they can only get away with their brainwashing behind closed
doors and with a chorus of addicted users.
