Re: [HumJanenge] COMPLAINT: Deletion of RTI proactive disclosure links on DoPT website.

The disabled three links numbering 4, 5 and 10 should be made functional (restored) immediately as it is imperative u.s. 4 (b) of RTI Act.  Inquiry should be ordered to determine whether this is deliberate or a technical snag.  If deliberate, the responsibility should be fixed and the deliquent officials should be penalized
From the fact that all other links are working, it seems deliberate rather than a technical snag.

Dear Madam

Sub: COMPLAINT: Deletion of RTI proactive disclosure links on DoPT website.

I must strongly protest the deletion of specific links to the RTI
proactive disclosure on the website of the DoPT on matters of great
public interest. For your ready reference the URL is as follows:-
http://persmin.nic.in/DOPT_RTICorner_ProactiveDisclosure.asp

I am outraged that the following links have been rendered
non-functional by the webmaster of your Department

4 Consultation by Members of Public
5 Accessible for Public
and
10  Particulars of Recipients

I have reason to believe that this has been done for corrupt reasons
and in connection with certain statutory Public Grievance Petitions
and Vigilance Petitions I have lodged against your junior officers.

I therefore request you to kindly restore these links to full
functioning order immediately.and insititute a departmental inquiry
into my claims.

Yours faithfully

Sarbajit Roy
