In view of the high proportion of OFF-TOPIC (unrelated to RTI) emails being mindlessly forwarded to this group, and the requirement of moderators being forced to read such emails to evaluate if they are suitable for circulation, the moderators have identified that there is a small number of abusers of our group's facilities, and decided that members who mindlessly post OFF-TOPIC emails to this group's email ID, SHALL HENCEFORTH BE UNSUBSCRIBED IMMEDIATELY
