Govt. from time to time gives some assurances through Ministers to the members in the Lok Sabha. To monitor these assurances, there is a Committee called Committee on Government Assurances.I want to know what happens to the unfulfilled assurances after the formation of new Lok Sabha as a result of fresh general elections? My query is whether old assurances hold good or are lapsed.I shall be thankful if some esteemed member (s) can reply to this query.
