[rti_india] Who is the C'SIC for J&K ?

In Sep 2009, the J&K govt constituted their State Info Commission by a notification.

Can anyone tell me who he is ?

Section 12(2) of the J&K RTI Act 2009 specifies that the SIC shall consist of 1 SCIC and 2 ICs, so who are they ??
