Dear Mr Rajasekaran
I must congratulate you on your noble resolve. 2nd October 2010 is a very long time away, if you want to start a practice satyagraha immediately (practice makes perfect), we can begin in front of office of Mr Habibullah anytime next week which is mutually convenient.
As Mr Habibullah is a man of letters (and I don't mean the French variety), we will not stoop to infantile devices like singing the national anthem in his office. In any case I am constitutionally exempted in law from standing up when the national anthem is played.
If our satygraha is successful we shall, like another "satyagrahi" Ms.Medha Patkar last year, have the privilege of pigging out at the CIC's next 5th National RTI convention.
