it is o.k.   time starts from the day on which the rti appliction is recieved in pio office.
     moreover, in exeptional cases; the pio may take 45 days also; giving the reason of delay.
 moreover, 2- 3 days delay is no delay as per govt machinery arguements.
so it is o.k.
