As you know the Delhi Commission for Women was constituted, controversially, vide gazette notification dt. 27.July.2015 for a term of 3 years which is ending soon, and your name was also dragged into FIR(s) by your political opponents.
The RTI disclosure of DCW shows that the DCW Chairperson, Smt. Swati Maliwal, is appointed full time on an honorarium of Rs. 30,000 fixed per month, whereas even the junior officers of the Commission are gettiing Rs. 73,200 + other allowances.
As a consequence, Ms. Maliwal and other members of the Commission nominated by your Govt. have evidently misused their office / position and indulged in corrupt actions. As a past member of IAC you will know that INDIA AGAINST CORRUPTION does complain without sufficient evidence in hand.
Since you had personally nominated Ms. Swati Maliwal for her office, you must either inquire and take swift action against her or accept personal responsibility for her corrupt deeds.
I trust that you will take action in the next 7 days under intimation to me.
