thanks for your response, however therer is no time frame for attending complains as per DOPT
i have done my exams and got a certificate a grade and interacted with them a lot, my 5 complains are yet to be attended by SIC mumbai now over 3 years, this because there is no time frame in attending complains, i will file 2nd appeal instead.
