Its heartening to observe that you are shouting less. There is still hope (albeit faint) that you shall be able to adust to our group.

1) As I have commented from time to time in this group, I have been attending the SC since about 1983. The case I was interested in was part of a clutch that went on to become one of India's leading constitutional cases. When occassion demands I still file the odd Writ or Contempt Petn myself (as a litigant in person). The Contempt Petns I have filed did not get dismissed outright as yours did.

2) I really dont see why you must go shouting that the Judges and Pilticians are corrupt. We all know this fundamental truth. The question is what do you do after knowing this.

3) In your first post you raised a big hue and crty that there was a judgement of the SC (CP-203/1996) which allowed anyone to break the law. I took the trouble to ascertain your statement. I found your statement to be a complete PACK OF LIES !!!

4) We dont tolerate such deceitful behavious in this group. This is the premier online group for RTI. RTI stands for "Right to Information" . Kindly confine yourself to posting strictly on RTI and directly related topics.

5) We dont give a flying f*** if you are an Indian Citizen or not. This is nothing ot be proud of - especially if you are of the bootlicking variety. All kinds of Tom, Dick and Harrys are Indian citizens because of their parents. The only reason that you are an Indian citizen is because the British Government laid railways everywhere and allowed the ordinary people to travel by third class. When we got "independence" , the first action of Nehru Govt was to order that the 3rd class carriages would be re-painted as "2nd class" but everybody knows that citizens are still 3rd class people. The Padma award is only an acknowledgement that the awardees are 2nd class people - some of them (perhaps) get to travel on Indin Railways FOC in 2 Tier AC class.
