[rti_india] Another High Court Judgement expands "Public Authority"

 

The Delhi High Court has finally pronounced the long awaited decision on whether Sanskriti School, Indian Olympics Association etc are P/As.

Although the actual decision is not accessible as yet, it seems Justice Ravindra Bhat has found them all to be P/As.
