1) Please read definitions of a) "information", b) "right to
information" in section 2 of RTI Act 2005.
2) You should not ask questions (ie,. use words like what / how /
why / if ... )
3) You can ask for
a) Details of all powers and duties of TRAI concerning consumer
protection for mobile telephone customers generally and Tata Docomo
(Maharstagtra cirtle) in particular, along with the details /
citations of the specific legal basis for these powers / duties,
including in terms of provisions of Acts, Rules, Regulations,
Notifications, Guidelines, Directions, Licence Terms and Conditions,
other policy documents etc.
b) QoS (Quality of Service) norms which Tata Docomo (Maha Circle) is
expected to follow since 1.Jan 2008 onwards
c) Actual reporting and monitoring of QoS for Tata Docomo (Maha
Circle) since 1.Jan.2008
Repeat the same as b and c for "Consumer Grievance Redressal
Mechanism' in place of "QoS"
and so on
