Re: [HumJanenge] What clinched the Govt's decision to exempt CBI under Sec 24 ?

It is good that the Writ Petition has been filed according to the unique facts, grievances and circumstances of the Petitioner(s), it is not confidential and if Mr. Mukund Parikh wants a copy of the same for drafting another one for filing before the Bombay High Court, it should be provided.   We the supporters of transprancy should not act to the contrary.

I request Shri C J Karira to provide a copy of the same to Mr Parikh and the pros and cons for filing such petitin at Delhi HC should be considered..

Whereas any lazy, publicity seeking busybody or NGO can fie (copycat) PILs,(??), a Writ Petition is crafted according to the unique facts, grievances and circumstances of the Petitioner(s).

Dear Mr. Karaira & Mr. Sarabjit Roy,
is it possible to upload PIL/writ challenging CBI exempting from RTI filed in Madras H.C. so that similar writ (more or less on same line) can be filed before Bombay H.C.
Best Regards,

Mukund Parikh / mkppm@yahoo.co.in
