Secondly, you / your magazine quite evidently have no idea of what a Naxalite / Naxalism is, and it is factually incorrect to publish that 1/3rd of the country is under their boot

When the Prime Minister said emphatically that "no quarter will be given" to the Naxalites what did he really mean? With one-third of the country already under their boot, they are not going to apply (in triplicate and through proper channel) for the Central Government's dingy Type 3 quarter in Moti Bagh, are they? So which quarter are we denying them?
