After their Rs 1 crore gift from Google (CIA), NCPRI seems to have given up all efforts to be transparent. Reminds me of
some ex-Parivartan blokes I met who were mahaPO'ed that Arvind (K) walked off with the "adha karor" the CIA gave him (Magsaysay).

Shekhar Singh is in any case surviving by the skin of his teeth. The Urban Perspective Plan 2004 (Maoist) refers to

"..The High Courts and Supreme Court, aided by anti-people so-called environmentalists, have also played a very active role in this process giving numerous court rulings to speed up this process (World Bank / Asian Development Bank, imperialist institutions) in the name of "public interest" litigation."
