[rti_india] How to get information of UNISEF ,ADB

 

Dear Sarbajit Roy ji,

In Rajasthan,one tripartite agreement have been signed among one NGO(IHMR,Jaipur),Govt of Rajasthan and UNISEF to form a unit CCDU(Communication and capacity development unit ).Very significant funds of state govt will be utilised.

Now how to access information of UNISEF as CCDU has been using UNISEF as shield from RTI net.Please suggest.
