Re: [HumJanenge] Another QUICK POLL: "Is Kashmir really an integral part of India ?"

Dear Ashish .
I think you aqre part of a gang who wants to keep members of this group busy in useless activities.
Instead of raising Political isses let us discuss what information is suppliable and what is deniable.
for example   whether information regarding turnover of a contractor who takes contracts in Government department is his personal information or it is disclosable ???????
Ashish tell me plz ... is it disclosable ??????

Dear Abhimanyu

Thank you for your additional inputs. You are quite right when you compare mangoes and oranges. Based on your valued input, I am clarifying the RTI context of my poll.

1) Is Kashmir really an integral part of India ? (YES / NO)

2) Is it OK if CIC of India (former Wajahat Habibulah sahib) decides in his judgment that Kashmiris can use RTI Act of India, but Indians cannot use RTI Act of J&K. (YES / NO).

3) Is it OK if NAC of "dishonest" Sonia Gandhi only takes inputs on draft RTI Rule amendments from those "experts" who publicly support azaadi for Kashmir, like Aruna Roy, Wajahat Habibulah, Harsh Mander, Shekhar Singh, Lokesh Batra etc. (YES/NO)

Dear Friends

Many thanks for your great response to my previous poll.

My analysis of your feedback is that
a) many members think all politicans are dishonest
b) some members think that PM, and former PM are somewhat honest
c) almost everyone here thinks that Sonia Gandhi is dishonest

My next quick poll.

Today India completes 60 years as a Republic. Today the Indian
flag may not be hoisted at Lal Chowk Srinagar Kashmir by the J&K

1) Is Kashmir really an integral part of India ? (YES / NO)

There are ancillary queries connected to this which may come out
in the course of the polling.
